About us
Our company was founded in 1992. At that time 25 employees worked there. Today, H.T.M. Zrt. has developed into one of the leading tool manufacturing companies in the country. We export 50% of our production. Our company currently employs 130 people and about 20-25 apprentices per year in the 3500 m2 of factory space available.
Our main profile is the design and manufacture of die casting and injection moulding tools. In our service sector we repair, maintain and modify tools made by other manufacturers. A significant part of our spare production capacity is dedicated to the production of high precision special parts.
Our highly skilled workforce, high-precision machining equipment, continuous plant availability and innovative thinking have given us a competitive edge over the years.

Grants, Tenders
H.T.M. Magyar-Osztrák Ipari, Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Zrt. has completely accomplished the grant application with identification number GOP-2.1.1-08/B-2008-0089.
Assistance rate: 30%, assistance expenditure: HUF 37,920,523.
The project focused on four main areas: purchase of equipment, real property infrastructure investment, information technology development and company counselling.
1; One CNC machine tool (FIRST MCV-2000), three electropermanent magnet tables (SQ-404) and one measuring machine (METRIS 3D) were procured to modernise production and increase capacity.
2; Real property infrastructure investment was performed with the primary aim of reducing energy costs and harmful emissions. The roof structure of our production hall was provided with thermal insulation covering, the windows and doors in the office building were replaced by energy efficient windows and doors. A modern energy container was also procured, allowing us to be more independent from central electricity and gas supply and to switch almost entirely to bioenergy heating. Archives complying with the requirements of modern times was established in order to securely store our documents and thus complying with legislative obligations and our partners’ needs.
3; Information technology development involved the procurement of personal computers, monitors and printers to replace obsolete computing devices by modern ones.
4; In the frame of counselling, Berép Consult Kft contributed to the success of the project by counselling on equal opportunities, sustainability and organisation development.

R+D grant
H.T.M. Magyar-Osztrák Ipari, Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Zrt. submitted an application for a union grant of 40 million Hungarian Forints for ‘Company innovation grant’ under the Economic Development Operational Programme (GOP) of the New Széchenyi Plan. The total cost of the project called ‘The establishment of High-Tech technology at H.T.M. Zrt.’ is 149.8 million Forints.
H.T.M. Kft., the legal predecessor of H.T.M. Zrt., was founded as a small venture in 1992 as a company with 80% foreign ownership and employed about 20 workers. The main profile of the company included the manufacturing, altering and repairing of industrial tools.
The company was changed to a private limited company (Zrt.) on 1 April 2009 and now operates as the subsidiary of Haidlmair group, employing over 80 people.
Our activities can be classified into three main fields:

manufacturing of tool houses
- manufacturing of tool houses for injection moulds for our affiliated company
line production
- processing of turbine parts for the energy industry
Research and development are inevitable at our company to maintain competitiveness and to increase efficiency, assisting us in developing new processing, manufacturing and measuring technologies required for meeting our customers’ needs at a higher level.
Our aim with the present R+D project is to develop the cutting and measuring technology related to component parts made of special alloys and provided with ceramic coat used at extremely high temperatures and to develop the production technology of units installed in internal car elements (seats) to increase comfort.
Our objective is to achieve the accuracy, surface shape and dimension, tolerance, surface hardness, and crack-free processing technology required by the customers. The tool developed by us has to be able to process the complicated geometry sheet and plastic design, ensuring accurate joints and material characteristics for special movements.

Company technology development at H.T.M. Zrt.
Our company succeeded in obtaining a single non-refundable grant under the New Széchenyi Plan, Economic Development Operation Programme in 2011. Our project aimed at increasing cutting capacity and improving quality control. The grant was used to purchase one HERMLE C-30 cutting machine and two Konecranes revolving cranes.

Short summary:
The project assisted by the grant involved two areas:
1. Infrastructural and real property investment: the clear height of production hall No. 3 was increased in order to promote production efficiency, significantly improving manufacturing conditions and eliminating previous disadvantages of limited space by ensuring better material handling through the installation of two 5-ton bridge cranes, while taking into consideration environment protection and work safety aspects as well. The investment involved the construction of new thermally insulated roof structure and sidewalls. The out-dated electric network was completely renewed.
2. Our manufacturing capacity was improved by purchasing one new 5-axle HERMLE C-42 CNC machine tool enabling the application of complex simultaneous 5-axle metal working technology. By this, we can fulfil the orders with shorter deadlines and at a higher technology level.

The eligible costs of the Traineeship program at H.T.M. Zrt. was financed by the European Social Fund and the Hungarian central budget as non-refundable assistance. The total costs of the program was HUF 10 million.
The main point of the traineeship program is to promote employment. Besides promoting direct job creation, the program aims at assisting the utilization of first professional qualification, the gathering of work experience by career entrants, and thus increasing their later employability. Further aims include the employment of young qualified carrier starters under 25 years of age who acquired their practical knowledge under a student contract or youngsters under 25 years of age who acquired their mid-level qualification as first profession in full-time education.
