"As a student, I learned CNC milling. It was the perfect starting point to learn about CNC machines in the industry. I did my apprenticeship at HTM, where I learned from excellent professionals. I gained a lot of knowledge during this time, but for me it was different at HTM and I ended up working on a block cutter.
I picked up knowledge quickly, so after 2 years I was given an "opportunity". That's the position I'm in now, as a technologist. During this time, the atmosphere / jokes of a youthful atmosphere never left me a day without a smile.

"I came to HTM as a student and spent 2 years in the the vocational training center, the first year as a machinist and the second as a CNC operator. Our instructor at the time taught us the basics, made us realise the beauty of the trade. HTM gives you the opportunity for continuous improvement. Since I've been here - since 2016 - I've been working on my 8th machine. I've learned about four different controllers. We have had NX training, which is almost a basic requirement when you work in manufacturing. I've also got a crane and forklift license over the years.
I can now say that I know most people in the company. We take part in organised joint activities, such as: bike camping at Lake Balaton, fishing, festivals, so I always like to go to the various activities organised by HTM because the good atmosphere is guaranteed. There was also a small football team, I really hope that one day I will have the opportunity to play in the Business League.”
