"I had already worked in the industry at another company before university, during  my secondary school studies, so I was more experienced when looking for a placement. I talked to a lot of companies and met them for a short meeting. Even though most of the companies are prepared to train/employ students, I felt that there was still a lack of experience on the part of the companies in terms of training. In the end, I chose HTM because I was immediately impressed by their expertise, attitude, precision, equipment and continuous development, both in terms of machinery and knowledge, and I knew that they had a long history of training students. The purpose- built vocational training center is equipped with the latest technology. Alongside the many types of machinery, skilled instructors are on hand to help you develop and are always ready  to help, whether it's with a task at work or a difficult-to-understand subject at university. During my apprenticeship I worked in several areas within the company, starting with the basics I learned in the classroom, through a design role, and then I was involved in production support. I learned what it is like to work in a real team. They encourage me, help me, they are nice, there is always a good atmosphere, I can count on them and it feels good to be counted on.
